Top Spray Granulation - Scale Up

A 2-day course designed for those with some Top Spray experience who need to increase their skills and work on the larger scale.  Some time will be spent in the classroom presenting some refresher material, as well as concepts in scale-up and the nuances of near commercial scale equipment.  After that, the remainder of the course will be focused on setting up and processing on a GPCG-60, 220 L Bowl.  This requires strong hands-on participation, as attendees will be required to install filters, assemble nozzles, prepare binder as well as load and unload the unit.  Attendees will also be required to retrieve and evaluate samples, as well as document process data and collaborate on making decisions on process changes.  The final portion of the course will focus on troubleshooting scenarios where the attendees will be required to identify process issues and offer solutions.

CERTIFICATION

Upon completion of the course, each attendee will receive a Glatt "Top Gun" Process Certificate
